One conversation is one user session with the same user at one time. So if the same user returns again later and starts a new conversation that counts as another conversation. However, if in one session the user decided to start a new chat, that still counts as the same conversation.

5. What counts as 1 chatbot?
Training your chatbot on a specifi website or document will result in an AI chatbot with a specific knowlegde. This means that every new chatbot with different knowledge counts as a separate AI chatbot.

No! Only active, available and currently in stock products count as products. So, if your shop has 11,000 total products, but 1,500 are inactive, then your shop fits into the Growth plan.
