We're building AI agents that one day will run an entire e-commerce business alone. Molin already powers 1,000+ online shops, handles over a million customer messages a month, and serves brands like Euronics, Decathlon, and Rossmann.
Poland is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce markets in Europe, and we have nobody there. We're looking for the person who opens it.
The Role
You'd be our first person in Poland. Right now we only have a few Polish customers and an official plugin integration with Shoper.
We think the right person has run their own company before. If you've had the months where you had to find customers out of nothing, you already know what this job feels like.
What You'll Do
First, setting the market up:
- Choose the target segment and build the list yourself: Polish shops on Shoper, Shopify, IdoSell, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, whatever they run on.
- Own the sales cycle end to end: outreach, first call, demo, negotiation, close. Then hand the customer to CS and go win the next one.
- Translate Molin into Polish. Not just the words: the pricing, the positioning, the objections, and the way Polish merchants actually decide.
- Land the first reference customers and turn them into case studies the rest of the market recognises.
- Run a new experiment every week. Outbound, agency partnerships, the Shoper and Shopify ecosystems, events, content. Kill what doesn't work fast and say so out loud.
- Report the truth weekly: what you tried, what it cost, what came back.
Then, with a team:
- Hire, train, and lead the first Polish team once the motion is proven.
- Own Poland's targets and results.
- Build the partnerships that compound: platforms, agencies, marketplaces.
- Feed everything you learn back into product. What Polish merchants need, we build.
Requirements
- You started a company. Founder or co-founder of something real that had customers. Tell us what it was, what it made, and what happened to it.
- You build things yourself. Software, a website, a product, an automation that replaced a job. We will ask you to share your screen and show us.
- Technical background. Engineering degree or equivalent self-taught depth. You can read an API doc, install a script tag, debug an integration, and build your own tooling instead of waiting for someone else's.
- You've sold. You have personally been the one on the call asking for money, not the one supporting whoever did.
- E-commerce or SaaS experience. You know how online shops make money and how software gets bought.
- Native Polish, based in Poland, with professional English (C1+). You sell in Polish and work with us in English every day.
- AI native. You use AI every day to build, not to polish emails. You believe this is the most interesting thing to happen in your lifetime and you've already put time into it.
- You want to build a generational company, not find a job with clear hours. You go deep on one thing rather than moving every eighteen months.
Nice to Have
- An exit, or a company you ran to meaningful revenue.
- Time spent inside Polish e-commerce: Shoper, IdoSell, Allegro, BaseLinker, PrestaShop, agencies, or the tooling around them.
- You've hired and managed a small team before.
- Existing relationships with Polish merchants, agencies, or e-commerce consultancies.
- You've sold AI, customer support, or conversational products.

Compensation
- Base salary: €2,500/month
- Equity in an early-stage AI company
- The initial salary could be increased quickly once we see results.
