We're building an array of AI agents that one day will be able to run an entire e-commerce business alone. Molin is a fast-moving startup at the cutting edge of AI, working with SMB and enterprise accounts - to reshape how e-commerce stores operate.
About the role
You own the entire post-sale relationship. Once sales wins the deal, the account is yours: you run the onboarding, you make sure the product actually works in their store and are happy with it. Your job is to make those accounts successful enough that they stay, grow, and become advocates.
That means you'll spend your days closer to our clients than anyone else at the company. You'll see which stores are thriving and which ones went quiet. Some of that work looks like support, some of it looks like sales, and the best of it is both at once. It's a role with real ownership over revenue, and real influence on what we build next.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships.
- Take over accounts from the sales team once the deal is won, and run onboarding so clients get to value fast.
- Introduce and sell new products and features to existing clients.
- Upsell clients to higher tiers.
- Help clients with their issues and questions, and get them unstuck quickly.
- Work with the engineering team to make sure everything runs correctly on the client's side.
- Relay client feedback to product and advocate for client needs internally.
- Building automated workflows and personalised outreach sequences with the sales and CS team to offer the most relevant feature and product to the right customer
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with clear sales acumen — you hear the opportunity behind a complaint and you're comfortable asking for the upgrade.
- Excellent communication skills, in writing and on the phone. You know when a five-minute call solves what ten emails can't.
- Technical knowledge — you have a basic understanding how tech products work. You don't need to know code, but you know the difference between front-end and back-end, what APIs are, or what <script> means.
- Ownership & Self-starter mentality — you take problems to the finish line without being asked, and you'd rather chase the answer yourself than wait for someone to hand it to you. You also thrive under a fast-paced startup environment.
- Active and native AI user — you live in AI tools daily and have built your own flows or automated parts of your own work.
- Patience — the ability to stay calm and clear when a client is frustrated, and to keep the conversation moving forward.
Nice to have
- E-commerce experience — you've worked with or around online stores (Shopify, UNAS, Shoprenter, WooCommerce) and you understand what makes one profitable and how they work - very big plus
- Experience working at a tech startup
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Time spent living abroad in an English-speaking country (outside Hungary)
- Any programming knowledge — a big plus
- German/Polish/Romanian/Czech knowledge
